I ordered a wagyu beef rice bowl to go, and I was not disappointed. Every bite was definitely filled with umami flavor, and despite being to-go, nothing was soggy or unpleasant! I will say, these bowls are best eaten right away, very immediate because then the meat doesn't get as tough. I wish the wagyu was a bit more tender because I do expect tenderness with wagyu, but the veggies and other items were great. The sauce was also super yummy with some tangy and creamy punch. You don't really need the sauce because every ingredient is flavorful but it's a nice option. I'll definitely return to try other bowls. It was hard to choose this time because they have so many different options. Yummy, umami is definitely the right word to describe my bowl!
Best choice I made all week. I ordered the Wagyu Beef Greens Bowl and the Chicken Greens. Green Bowls are a perfect, healthy option if you are looking for a change of pace. A warm, green, savory dish that waterchest nuts that give it a light crunch. The problem with healthy dishes is that they usually just have one texture and one flavor. You won't experience that with green bowls. Give yourself an added flavor burst with the szechuan chili oil crunch. It's a special toping that gives a little extra crunch with big chili kick. This will be my new go-to keto dish.
